Your order will be shipped to the address entered at the check-out. Expected time for delivery depends on the country of delivery and courier. Parcel will be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday. Please note that delivery can take up to 18 days during the holiday season. We use delivery services by Itella Smartpost and DPD.

REFUND POLICY
Returns are only possible within 14 days of receipt of the product and are only valid for unopened products. Shipping costs for returned items are not refunded. It is not possible to return products that are opened because of the hygienic and health reasons.
CUSTOMS
Customs may be added to any international order in a destination country outside the European Union. Duties are paid by the customer. Likewise, Mukk Cosmetics OÜ cannot predict the amount of customs and taxes charged by the customs authorities as they vary from country to country.
