All products will be shipped from Saaremaa, Estonia. Orders are completed on weekdays and orders made on the weekends are completed on the next business day. Your order will be processed within 1-3 working days.

The costs for delivery varies depending on the delivery address and will be added to the order at the check-out. All specified prices, delivery costs or other costs are including taxes, VAT & other fees within the EU.

Shipping cost is free on all orders above EUR 50.

Your order will be shipped to the address entered at the check-out. Expected time for delivery depends on the country of delivery and courier. Your products will be delivered weekdays Monday to Friday. Please note that on delivery can take up to 18 days turning holiday season.

We use delivery services by Itella Smartpost and DPD.

REFUND POLICY

Returns are only possible within 14 days of receipt of the product and are only valid for unopened products. Shipping costs for returned items are not refunded.  It is not possible to return products that are opened because of the hygienic and health reasons.

CUSTOMS
Customs may be added to any international order in a destination country outside the European Union. Duties are paid by the customer. Likewise, Mukk Cosmetics OÜ cannot predict the amount of customs and taxes charged by the customs authorities as they vary from country to country. If you have any questions about customs and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
