OUR PRODUCTS
Where are your products made?
We take the locally crafted claim seriously. All by mukk products are designed, formulated, filled and shipped from Saaremaa, Estonia. We also seek the ingredients to be as local or close by as possible.
Do you have a shop?
Our entire product range is available for sale at our studio in Kalevi 28, Kuressaare, Saaremaa, 93815. We kindly ask to contact in advance, if you are planning on a visit: info@bymukk.com

Are by mukk products natural and organic?
We use the natural and organic ingredients to offer the most effective results for the skin. More info can be found under the “Ingredients” in product info, for each product individually.
You are able to see, which active ingredients have the organic certification and what is the natural ingredients content in a formula per percentage .We have not counted natural the ingredients that are from nature, but have been modified in the lab. For example vitamin B comes for the …, but it has been separated by human, meaning it does not appear naturally in the nature.
Are by mukk products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin.

Are your products suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
Our formulas are formulated without controversial ingredients. However, we recommend that you consult the INCI list with your doctor or midwife, if in doubt.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, everything expect for Lip Treat Balm (contains beeswax) is vegan. Our products/ ingredients are NOT tested on animals.
Do by mukk products contain perfume?
No, by mukk products do not contain synthetic perfumes, products are scented with essential oils. There is also a various selection of products that have no added scent and the aroma comes from botanical ingredients only: Deep Sea Serum, Calm Sea Serum, Smooth Sea Serum, Toner Mist.
What is the shelf life of the products?
Our products (opened or not) will have a shelf-life of 18 months, if stored: dry and cool, not above room temperature and protected from direct sunlight. After that period of time the formulas start to loose their effectiveness.
When can I take advantage of sales?
We do not do sale campaigns. The prices of the products remain the same throughout the year. The fair pricing reflects the product quality and manufacturing with care in sustainable quantities: we produce regularly by demand to avoid dead-stock.
That being said, you are very welcome to join our member’s club. This offers a variety of possibilities for a discounts based on personal events and milestones, as well as order history. This gives you a possibility to purchase products when personally needed, not having to align with the sales schedule.
