International shipping costs for countries stated above are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Consumers have the right to return an unused product within 14 days of receiving their order.
Returned products must be: unused; in their original packaging; and in the same condition in which they were received.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase price. If the return is not due to a defective or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, cosmetic products that have been used are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective or does not conform to the order.
If a returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the Seller may reduce the amount of the refund to reflect the diminished value of the product or refuse a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section affects the Consumer's statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming products.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bymukk.com
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include: your order number; photographs of the product, photographs of the packaging, where possible.
Each claim is assessed individually. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received your returned product. If your return is approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible (and in any event within 14 days after the day on which we receive the product back from you) on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company credit your account.
In the interests of preventing or investigating fraudulent activity: we may contact you regarding returns activity which is suspicious, and/or we reserve the right to deactivate any account which is engaged in suspicious activity.
